? - 4/25/2008 12:55:16 AM    Finatic   Posts: 4 Joined: 4/7/2008 Status: offline   Hey guys how is it going?  I have a 98 Durango, and so far everything is great except this popping noise when i turn real hard.  Any of you gear heads have clue as to the direction i should go in to fix this problem?  It isnt that bad, but it obviously needs to be fixed.  Thanks again Post #: 1

This could be ball joints/bushings etc. Also you cant tell play on a balljoint just bylifting the tire off the ground, the a-arm has to be raised via jack etc etc (in reply to Finatic) Post #: 2

RE: ? - 4/25/2008 7:03:46 PM    Finatic   Posts: 4 Joined: 4/7/2008 Status: offline   O.K., well now i'm still puzzled because i had the upper and lower ball joints replaced last spring, along with the bushings.  Any more suggestions?  I was thinking maybe tie rods or something, but what do I know.  haha  I'm a noob at mechanics, but my dad was able to teach me a few things before he passed away.  I love working on vehicles, well my own anyways.  I put some Westin Step Bars on late last winter, but that was pretty simple.  Thanks guys for all your help.
