Default New to me '04 Durango AC recharge question...

Ok, I bought this truck in late fall early winter. Now that the warm weather has come, i am able to test the AC. The blower blows, I hear the changeover to the AC, but only cool air comes out. We took the truck out for a half hour and I had it cranked, yet no really cold air to speak of. After the ride, there was water dripping from underneath from the AC condensation.

That being said, I bought a recharge kit to charge it, but I don't know where the low point connector is. When I open the hood, in the front left is a port with a cap, but I beleive that is the high pressure, since the gauge tool will not connect.

Any suggestions, i just can't afford the 130 + the dealer wants for a recharge.

Thanks a bunch,
