air cleaners vs cold air intakes - 4/22/2008 8:18:33 PM    j1406gates   Posts: 1 Joined: 4/22/2008 Status: offline i found a website with instructions on installing an air cleaner to the 1998 durango http://www.dakota-truck.net/UPGRADES/FABM/fabmdml.html which one do you think would be better performance wise, a cold air intake or an air cleaner? There are plenty of D's out there with the TB hats as you posted, but to the majority, your just drawing in the raised engine heat. (in reply to j1406gates) Post #: 2

Snow likes to get up in there and freeze them solid! 3. Colder air = more denser mixtures = more power and less fuel! Here are some ideas that you con do for cheap.
