Default Powder coated parts

Is it possible to paint over poder coated parts or do i gotta repodercoat them then paint? My buddy was saying if you paint over the it may peel off.

What are you painting ??? Temperature depends allot on the answer ... If it's not high temperature(engine/brakes ect) You can roughen it up with scotchbrite pads and paint it , it might chip if it's rims ect

dont paint it.
of course you can do it, thats no problem but
it looks better if you coat it again - belive me.

first you must sandblast it and than you can podercoat it.
the durability of coating is much better than a paintwork.
