hemi duals?

I have a 2004 QC Ram with a hemi, and I want to have dual exhasut dumped under the truck. My problem is that I want two mufflers, not one, and I can do everything myself except split it into duals. Is there a prefabbed pipe out there?

cut out the end of the y pipe and mate the two ends into an x-pipe.
