ok, I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid with a replacement 2.7 motor (supposedly from a 2005 Chrysler Sebring) the car will crank, but will not turn over, I've got people telling me it won't turn over due to low oil sensors, I checked the oil, and it was low, put oil in and it still won't start, could it be fuel pump/ filter going out,

It could be, or the ADS, or coil, or relay (fuel or ASD), or crank sensor, or cam sensor, or computer (btw, what engine did you remove and did you swap the PCM), or wiring....... and so on. Do you have a spark? Do you have fuel pressure at the rail? Check BOTH and let me know.
