Default POWER STEERING gone

mud season herebig ruts in the roads
my power steering just quit on me checked fluid its fine and there
is no leaking of fluid...

2000 4x4durango 5.9L

is there a fuseinvolved here or is the pump just shot???
no belt slip no new noises

where should I look ?

no fuse involved with the power steering system, sounds like your pump has pumped it's last day...

If you have a local autozone/advanced auto check out their price, they usually keep them in stock and the price is pretty good. Also i recomend checking out your lines/cooler(fins) in the process, and replacing the ones that need to be, no use having to come back and drain the system etc etc twice.
