sts is just junk. with the universal kit you get the turbo and piping. you dont get any fuel management with it. you dont get and computer with it, all this is at and additional cost. with the krc, you get the complete package from head to toe. also it has been on the dyno at the krc site putting about 300 to the rear wheels.

Ha..thanks man...I mean I figured a bolt-on for the 4.7 would be better anyway than the universal for just any old thing...also if you dont mind just say I put the Paxton, along with a balanced Stroker Kit + the cams I was talking about in my other thread together and Dans TB..am i gonna be looking pretty good? Or will that just eat up my engine?

all you need to do is port and polish the heads for better air flow and double up on the head gaskets. that is what handles the boost.

I would say the S/C is a better option, but... if you are going to run a stroker kit... you will most likley run into a problem with compression under boost. high compression with boost is not a good thing. I am contemplating a turbo, but latley I have been leaning toward building a car and leaving the truck alone. I wouldn't mind doing cams, but I can put that money onto a car and make a lot more out of less... but back to the point at hand. I like the KRC supercharger, it has been proven to put out good power. A little pricey for $-hp ratio, but if ya got it, spend it!

Eric your back!!...lol...so then would it just be better to do what SuperDak said by polishing and porting the heads? (BTW What does that mean???? =P) Leaving the Stroker Kit out and just putting the 212x cams in with the Supercharger?...and one more thing..a stroker kit makes it sound like theres a can in your engine right??
