Where the hell is everyone? French? Eric? What happened here? I don't see you guys posting much here anymore? What happened to the rest of the old crew that was here before I bought my Charger?
Why isn't anyone answering the MOD TALK thread? Did you all fall apart after I left?

Yeah, when I joined a a few months back they were around. They since have faded away. I think its the gas prices[:@]I am just lucky to be in my office late with access to the site and boredom at work :D

Yeah, I'm just surprised. It used to be that everyone loved to BS here, but it seems that they've died down a lot.

Eric hasn't been around much for awhile, Frenchy is in and out. I've been posting less since I crashed the Dak, still waiting to get it back. I think a lot of the BS'ing kind of migrated to off topic.

There's nothing left to talk about on these boards any longer as everything is in the DIY/FYI sections!!
HAHAHAH just kidding

It has been much quieter. Used to be I'd log in on a Monday morning after a weekend away and find two pages of posts...now I'm lucky if there's a full page of posts to read.
Everyone's getting busier, I guess.

I have been kinda pre-occupied with work as of late...
But since stone left, we have died... a lot.

I'm sure things will pick up a bit. I've been on here a year though, even though I don't post very often I do get on here and read what others have to say and I have definitely noticed things have died down a bit.

i have a sneaky project that should be ready by mid may
ericemery
04-16-2008, 06:20 PM
My projects are not really performance oriented...
I am working on a power center for the interior. So I will have a 110v ac and another 12V dc power outlet right under my radio in the "pocket" that is there.
the other project is more of a clean up my amp install thing. I am going to fiberglass a cover for under the rear seat. You will only see the CAP, AMP and line driver. no wires.
I am debating on painting it or carpeting it.

Thanks for all of the responses. I wasjust concerned because this thread was booming for a couple years straight without much slowing down. I do miss coming here, so I'll probably keep coming in and checking up on everyone.
To be honest with you, my truck sold at the dealership in three weeks time. They called me when they sold it. I've seen it a couple of times on the road and it makes me miss it, but with gas going up, and the meet and greets for the LX platform (Chargers, Magnums and 300C's), I have been enjoying my Charger.
For those who know me, I'm trying not to waste time in doing my mods to it too. I've got lots of plans and this car will be fast and nice. I'll try to keep you all posted.

Thanx Altair, it was taken on top of a parking garage on the city island in Harrisburg, Pa. The background is the huge goverment buildings, hospital, and some other commercial buildings of theinner city. The top left corner of the picture actually has the capital building all lit up.

I like that sig too. Nicely done.
Thanks Altair, I might have to do that. I just don't feel that I have a whole lot to offer since I don't own my truck anymore. There isn't a whole lot going on in the Charger/Magnum forums either.

I agree with you. We have a big meet and greet tomorrow that I'm looking forward to. It started out with the guys in the Portland/Vancouver area and now we have guys coming from Seattle/Tacoma too.
We had a meet in march and we had 25 cars show up. I was humbled by the amount of money people put into their cars. My car is a bone stock SXT with just a new CAI in it that I built with Spectre Performance equipment. Turned out nice, but I want to do so much more.
Out of the 25 cars that showed up, 23 went to dinner at Chili's down the street from where we met up. What a site when you have that many cars drive to a restaurant and all of us made it through the lights without stopping.

Hey bolt maybe one day you will be cool enough. Maybe if you weren't rollin in that shade of gray... inferno red pwns silver! J/K man, you really have a pretty nice truck even though its not inferno red.
I've tried to become more active on here, been posting a whole lot more in the past month than I have in the whole year I have been member.

I am looking forward to the MICHIGAN m&g this summer...
Stone, you need to post up a pic of your car for us. I dont think we have ever seen it.
I dont post a lot now, due to there not being a lot to talk about. I would like to say that I installed a bunch of aftermarket stuff, but there isnt any to install. I have a couple of things working up, just need time to do them. I really want to finish my power outlet "thing" but need a couple of parts and some solder. I might go pick it up today, but the truck wont be getting pulled apart till my next day off. (if I can find the 1-2 hours that I need to do it all...)

Thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate it. No worriesShibby, my old truck was Poppy Red. I loved that color. The new truck redsjust didnt look right on em for me and when I seen theBright Silver Metallica Ifell in love with it.
For an update, I just installed the deluxe spalsh guards yesterday. It gives the truck a nice touch. Ill post pics up later when I get home, thats if the laptop is up and running[:@]

I never was big on red before but the inferno red has really grown on me. I don't like flame red, no offense to any flame red owners, but there are just too many trucks on the road that are that color. I wanted something a bit more unique.
Btw... I have a picture of stone's charger, he's ashamed to post it so I put it up for him here's the link.

Shame on you using the new police charger as your avatar when you're rolling mad deep in an 87'... LoL [8D]
