H0 4.7L ECU - 4/11/2008 11:42:19 AM    udi34   Posts: 7 Joined: 4/10/2008 Status: offline I have an 03 Durango w 4.7 and was wondering if anyone has done or heard of an ecu swap w/cherokee 4.7l HO. If so any and all advice would be much appreciated.trying to get the most out of her but doesn't seem to be alot for the 4.7 _____________________ 32"s k&n cold air 3" dynomax catback custom interior(still in progress) next upgrade lift Post #: 1

There would be no performance incentives. You can send yours to B&G or another company and they will send you yours back overnight. This would wake up your 4.7L. Not to say you could not make the swap, but several folks have found that performance increases for the 4.7 come in small steps, and usually with a pretty big chunk of change. I think you will find that the Jeep PCM would not be easily compatible with our Durangos due to various parameters that are likely quite different between the two.
