Default flowmaster 40

on my trucki have removed the cat ant put on a 22in glasspack, then split it out to duals not its a lil too loud and ihave a flowmaster 40 from a friends and i was wondering will the flowmaster bog down my truck like the cat did the truck has alot of responce with out it i was wondering if you guys have any good deals on headers for th4.7L
