QUESTION ABOUT ECM'S plzzzzzz help - 4/7/2008 11:57:03 AM    mongoosekarter6   Posts: 5 Joined: 9/14/2007 Status: offline I have a 92 stealth es i recently did a tranny swap on.Ever since the swap,i have been having major problems. The car lacks power, i have no throttle response only when put in gear, and when the car is to opperating temp., if you shift it into gear the rpm's will drop under 1000 and will often shut off. My question is could the ecm have been scrambled from the new transmission, or will the tranny work with a different ecm then from the factory? The tranny i put in came from a 93 stealth turbo. And where can you get a rebuilt or new ecm from thanks Post #: 1
