Although, I would recommend the cross-drilled/slotted rotor/pads from Summitracing for 200 if you could afford it. 100x better stopping, definately needed in these big hunkers.
i would not have them turned spend the money and do it right, replace them with a good set of rotors(yes i speak from experience of working on my dads truck and he decided to be chaep and had to come back 5,000 miles later(about) and replace the rotors w/ new ones bc they warped

I think I'll be taking your reccomendations when I redo my brakes this summer Kota! I went cheap this last summer, $20 pads, $10 each rotor. The rotors were new, but I'm pretty sure they were made from raw steel. I can stop 0-60 in about 3 miles and 2 flame-offs.
The prices on the links you provided were what I expected to pay, but when I saw the deal, well, you know... Ok, I'll go to the dog house now.

Be very easy with the caliper bolts, especially going back in with them.
Hand start them and make sure you are running them back in straight. You will know if you messed this up because they will not tighten up.
This is a common enough mishap that NAPA has an over sized caliper bolt ready to use if needed. Part number BK6751539
