Default rattle in front end of 2006 Dakota SLT 4x4

2006 Dakota with 25,000 miles. Going down streets with bumps, the front end rattles. Even small bumps will do it. Now with the window down I can really hear it. Anybody have this problem before? Would like to hear from you! Thanks much

I would have the sway bar end links looked at, there have been several people that have had them replaced. Something happens to them that they start to rattle. Do a search in the third gen section of the dakotas.

If its 4wd, check your front driveshaft.

chances are its sway bar link as mine is doing the same thing... they arent to expensive... but there is a chance that it is your ball joints... dakotas are notorious for having bad ball joints....

Good luck
