The truck looks alot better with the chrome grille gone. Next will be deciding if I want a roll pan or the rear bumper painted. Leveling kit and possibly the nerf bars go on tomorrow.
I say paint the rear bumper, it looks more offroadish with rear bumpers.... imo
x2, rollpans are more of a street look, which does not fit your truck with those wheels/tires and thinking about raising the front for a level stance...a rollpan would work if you dropped the back and got different tires and made some other small changes
stacey the truck looks really good. imo lose the trx stickers an get a nice bed stripe. as soon as michelle gets better and organizes a gtg we can hook up. also the uconn car and truck club is having there annual gtg on april 13th if you are interested
Thanks everyone. I see what you guys mean about the roll pan being more street truckish. I've just always loved the look of them regardless of what kind of truck they're on. With that being said, I think I'm just going to paint. It'd be the easiest thing to do. If I got the roll pan I'd have to have the exhaust tips cut back and find a hidden hitch as I tow a jetski in the summer. Love those roll pans though.
Had one on my last truck...
Mike,
That show in CT could be a possibility. I'll have to meet up somewhere with you CT guys.
Had the leveling kit installed this morning. Minor change. I noticed a difference right away.
i like it it different- chrome bumpers gotta go lol and trx stickers too- i would go with a nice bed strip like superdak said
but over all it looks sick
