Help with front bumper and cover? - 3/19/2008 12:43:00 PM    1BADQUAD   Posts: 2 Joined: 9/8/2006 Status: offline Hi, long time reader of the board and my first post, I'm getting ready to paint our truck 01"' Dakota Quad Cab. Can anyone tell me if I can replace my 01' one pc front bumper cover with a steel chrome bumper and a lower valance for an 00'. I was going to buy an 00' front valance w/f light holes because it is much cheaper than the 01'. Is there a difference from an 00' versus 01' lower front valance? I noticed that the only difference in the 01 from the 00 is that the 01 has two cut outs for tow hooks and the 00 does not. Everything else looks the same (in reply to jay_d) Post #: 3
