New to Forum - Learning alot from you! Also have a ques... - 3/9/2008 4:36:58 PM    dthompson08   Posts: 3 Joined: 3/9/2008 Status: offline Hello, I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger SE.  I put it right in to a shop to get the windows tinted, spoiler added, paint sealant/high gloss protection, YES Essentials car seat covers, etc... After reading some threads here; I have a few other things I know I will get... Anyway, I do have a question about the shift knob... How do you remove it?  I want to replace it but I cannot figure how to remove it... I thought it would twist off counter-clockwise... but, it won't budge... any ideas? Thanks, Dusty Post #: 1

Thanks, Dusty I tried turning like somebody told me and no way. No set screw either. So I guess I'll try to pull it off like someone here said.
