I have 07 Charger with Road & Track (Think the Daytonas are the same with this) I went to change out my headlights and can access and change the passenger side Low Beam but realized shortly after that I cannot access the drivers side Low Beam. Seems there is a Power Steering reservior there and a 'big plastic thing' which looks like an intake of the front of the engine (is that a cold air intake?)... As you can see I am not much of a mechanic... Can I do this without taking my car into the dealer?? And what is the 'big plastic thing'.

Thanks Boyz.

Your correct that's the intake. It will take about 5 minutes to take it off, there's one bolt (use a 10mm  socket) in plain view and then a clamp (use a flat scredriver). You shouldn't have to remove the intake tube from the throttle body or the air sensor wire.

Hope that helps.

Mango,

How does that intake stack up against the Mopar Cold Air Intake that you can get?

Your going to gain a few HP but not that much over the OEM setup.  Once your pushing more HP like after installing headers/cam or boosting then your going to see more gaines.

I started with a drop-in OEM filter replacement from K&N (a rechargable one that can be cleaned and re-used) then built my own Cold Air Intake that cost around 120-130ish.
