that is really nice looking and if i was you and had the money i'd def get it as long as it was in good condition still. seems like an awful lot but thats a nice somewhat one of a kind truck. maybe try to talk him down a little but id say go for it.

Unfortunately it's not even remotely worth $35k.  I think it would probably be hard to find someone to pay even as much as $15k for it in comparison to some other supercharged beasts that have hit the forums over the last six months.

None of the parts on that truck are customized or unique - they just took a bunch of parts from various vendors and slapped it together.  Anyone could replicate the truck with ease, although the KB supercharger would have to be used since KB stopped making them a few years ago - that blower was considered comparatively underpowered & difficult to tune anyways.  Performance West made this one vehicle and then basically dropped out of sight from the Dakota community - there's really no nostalgia or brand name enhancement to help maintain any sort of special value.  The biggest thing going for it is the 21k mileage.

I agree, 35k is WAY too much, You might as well buy your own r/t and tune that thing to sh*t. Do your own mods, and get it how you want not how someone else imagined, I wouldn't even use a super charger after seeing the sts turbo now. They are way cool , and make your vehicle fly for a turbo.

Buy a regular and get it done up for that price you will pay probably less especially if you do it yourself..

go get yourself an R/T, slap in a procharger, wings west bumper, you'll have a faster truck that looks the same, and for less money
nothing special about that particular truck

Its like everything else you see. Its the name your paying for. If it wasn't built by performance west group, but by some guy in his garage it would only be worth half that.
