Thanks, but I tried that already. The good news is that I found the trouble. It was wire corrosion under the fuse box under the hood and once the wires were cleaned and spliced back together. Truck started and ran fine. Sorry should of said I tried disconnecting the battery.
Posting this in case someone else has a problem, evidently it is a small factory defect the loom isnt closed well right there. Years of the battery shifting slight wears into the wires I assume. My battery tie down had brokenand I decided to fix that and noticed wires worn and corroded.

I agree with you too trucks should never be lowered mine is stock, but sits on bigger tires and wheels.
