The fornt sway will take about half an hour <= if you take your time. They are correct on the rear, there are 4 bolts you remove to drop the "rear assembly".  You drop it about 4-5 inches, just enough to pull the sway out and thread the new one in but don't drop it enough so the break lines are tight. * * * EDIT * * * I forgot to mention... It took me about an hour to install the rear sway in my house garage.
