i have a 99 r/t and the ball joints are now acting bad with poping and stuff it has 108000 miles sould I check with a dealer about it and see if a recall will cover it? o I got it from a small dealer not a dodge dealer

yeah..i would think with 108k on it, the ball joints would need to be done anyways.  Im not sure when they recomend changing them, but im almost positive that you are overdue.  I would deffinatly check it out.  Dangerous situation.  I have a 2003 2wd with the same problem, except mine only has 48,000 on it.

I'm due for tires, so I'll have the tire shop check it out when I get a new set...
