Oil Change reminder - 2/25/2008 1:36:14 PM    jonw440   Posts: 17 Joined: 7/13/2004 Status: offline We have 13,000 miles on our 08 R/T. Not once has the oil change reminder popped up. (Yes we have changed the oil and filter by the manual), but would like the oil change reminder to work. We have the premium dash, is there something I can enable in the user settings? Your dealer probably forgot to reset it when you got your oil changed last..   To turn off the Change Oil message temporarily, press and release the Trip Odometer button on the instrument cluster.   To reset the oil change indicator system perform the following procedure: 1. Turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position (Do not start the engine). 2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds. 3. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.   Sorry but I dont know how to enable the entire system..
