wiper motor in a 96 intrepid? where is it located

hey i have a 96 3.3 litre intrepid and my wipers have been on the frits for a long time, and today they gave out. all they do is grunt. do you know where is it located?

under the plastic cowl cover....open the hood and pull that out, youll see it
