Brake light?

I have a 94` dodge stealth and I just started it up this morning aorund 6 a.m. and the brake light stayed on. Does anyone have any idea why? and if so how can I get it off?

Low on brake fluid.  If it is low, don't just add more, that is a good sign that you need to replace the pads. 

edit: You are talking about the light on the dash?
