Wait one second... Do you (Truck Dude) honestly think you could weld either a plastic grill or cheap gutter guard?  I'm sorry but I just have been following your posts and if you honestly don't know what you are talking about please don't put in your pointless two cents.  Sorry for sounding like an ass it just makes people who know what there talking about have to go further down to actually give someone some good advice.  Sorry but it needed to be said.

im 16 years old, this is my frist vehicle that i bought with my own worked-for money, and if i had to say, i think thats something to be pretty damn proud of.  Do you think i know and care about what gutter gaurd is made of? i would assume aluminum or some light metal......Theres no such thing as a stupid question.  If he didnt weld it i asked to see how he attched it to the inside of the grill, and since you think you know it all, why dont you tell me exactly how he did it.  Im sure you can teach me everything else there is to know, because i know i have alot to learn still, and asking questions is how I learn.

I went to lowes for the gutter gaurd wich was about 6 dollars for 3 pieces,  and each peice is long enough to do each grille section and still have some left over to do your rear valance thing!  I bought a pair of tin snips for about six dollars to cut the stuff easier.  I also bought the clear wire ties and thats what holds it in, its not show quality but as you can see they are invisible if you do it right.  It takes some bending to get each piece the way you want it but it only took me about an hour to do the whole job! anyways good luck and if anyone makes one show us your grille!

First off to mr. 95gotmagnum?... last time I help you and back to to other D-Bag...  First off in which one of my posts have I ever claimed to know everything?  Second of all I pointed out the I wasnt trying to sound like an ass but yeah, it may have come off that way.  I only said that you should leave room for the people who know what they are talking about and there are a lot of them on this sight.  i too have been faced with rude people, but people who only had intentions of pissing me off only.  I just thought you should know that usually all questions will work themselves out on the forums.  I am only 18... in my math that is only 2 years older than you.  I have owned 2 first gen Dakotas and Just finished my 95 which I have just put over $10,000 into making it a show truck that I have done almost all the work myself.  I learned by doing and patiently watching these forums, I just was getting sick of seeing your little comments.  Im sorry if I came off rude.  If you or anyone else wants to jump on this band wagon message me... If someone has a problem with me I would love to know.  Sorry and good luck with your truck.

telling me that my questions and thought are pointless and shouldnt be posted is offensive if you ask me. Isnt this a site for people to ask questions to people who know what they are doing, so that they can learn more and ask for help and things...so of course theres people who know what they are doing, and some people (like me) who are just starting out.  Leave room for people who know what they are doing?...theres no restriction on space available here.  and im gonna let you know right now, i learn by asking, not waiting to find out the answers, i search first, then if i cant find what i need, i ask.  your not gonna sit there like your better then me just because i dont know a few things about trucks....i dont take that shit from anyone.
