I have a 95 intrepid with a 3.5, it has a misfire when it accelerates. It will start missing and than clear out and run great. I have replaced plugs, wires, crank sensor, ECU, TPS, checked the operation of the EGR valve and it works. I checked the fuel pressure and it seems normal, the regulator is working. It seems to run really rich, the cat was broken apart so I replaced it but that really didnt change anything. All of the O2 sensors seem to be reading normal. Does anyone have any ideas??? did the 95 come with the "knock sensor?" It is suposed to eliminate pre-detanation under load/hard acceleration.
