I just replaced the washer pump and still nothing. I don't hear anything so I'm assuming it isn't even trying to pump...thus eliminating a frozen or pinched line. The wipers work so I don't think there is a fuse issue. However, while under there, I saw an electrical connector hanging free. I can't see where it came from, if anywhere...maybe an extra on the harness for an additional option. It's not the connector from the pump or the one from the inside/rear area of the reservoir. It is located closer to the front of the reservoir area. I don't know how to describe it better. What is my next step in troubleshooting this since the pump is new now?
