Should I buy this SRT-4 (Please HELP)! - 1/30/2008 12:42:00 AM    ilikegoingfast   Posts: 11 Joined: 1/28/2008 Status: offline I know in my previous post i said i already purchased an srt4  but i got ahead of myself.  So i do plan on getting one and i did find the one i wanted and i ran a carfax history report.  Everything was good to go but it the car started in AZ and was purchased in an auction in CA.  I guess it failed its emissions test and was labeled a GROSS POLLUTER.  The problem was fixed in three days and it passed emissions.  I don't know anything about CA and there emissions except they are strict.  Could this just be an aftermarket exhaust or a real problem i should avoid investing in.  I plan to ask the dealer what the exact problem was and what the fix is but he could be lying.  I need all the INPUT I CAN GET about this one.  Thank you fellow enthusiasts who take the time out of there day to drop their $.02. < Message edited by ilikegoingfast -- 1/30/2008 12:46:19 AM > _____________________________ "Satan loves everyone not just the good kids" Post #: 1
