Yeah, they'll fit but you are pushing it with them. Good luck and get pics when youa re done. I odn't think I've ever seen a 7.5 width rim on a Neon before. The widest I've seen was 6.5.

I thought was that if you went a 17 or higher you would have to do some aftermarket work on the suspension in the back so they would fit, is my thinking correct?
When I can afford it, I think I am just going to go with 16's because I would like a little meat on the tires because I tow a trailer once in awhile.

i should of went with a smaller tire. i got 205/17 zr i think. they rubbed the back and the front was fine. i had to put a weel spacer in the back and i did alittle grinding. its nice now.

YOU SHOULD ONLY GO WITH 17" ANY HIGHER AND YOU COULD MESS UP YOUR ABS SYS AND YOUR SPEEDO. BUT YOU SHOULD THINK OF THIS.
MOST OF YOUR COMP, WORK WITH YOUR ABS AND YOUR SPEED. YOU SHOULD CHECK AND SEE IF 18" WILL DO THIS IF NOT GO FOR IT.
GOOD LUCK
