Yes. New Chassis/Suspension, updated look, new interior and new Hemi power = new Gen.

As with any change, I guess we will all get used to it and then complain when it changes into the fifth generation. It is nice just to own a truck that you love. Red

I think over time it will grow on people. I personally am still biased towards the 2nd gens.

+1

My favorite is still the 1st gen Durango. (Same time period as 2nd gen trucks. Overall same body look.)

I think the 94-01 Ram is the best looking. I went and bought a cherry 98 last year instaed of a new one (which the dealer pushed hard for). I think each of the Ram series are great looking trucks. The 09 is no different. It is a "Little Big Truck". I do strongly disagree with the notion it looks like the Tundra (get me a barf bag), other than the bulge on the top of the hood (which Toy!@#$% stole from the Hemi Ram's by the way), I don't see any similarities.

im startin to see a real trend in the truck world nowadays and i dont like it...starting with these 09 Rams, i agree it looks alot like a tundra Crew Max or something and idk how much i like this style at all...i love the 3rd gen. rams...the 09 Fords have basically the same body with that huge Super Duty grill...ugly as hell...sort of like the new GMC and Chevy trucks...

I've gotta give it to Ford tho...these supposed engine options are awesome...two 4.6's, the Triton 5.4, a 5.8, a 6.2 AND a 4.4 Diesel? I think thats pretty damn sweet...for now tho...ill stick with my '03 Dodge...I've yet to find anything better looking/ more satisfying
