Wassup my fellow hemi'iers i just got my diablo and all i can say is wow. Is thing along with a cai and exhaust really wakes up the engine. Especially on takes takes offs and mid range. I'm currently running the performance 93 cai setting which turns this car into a beast, however i wanted to know what setting can i adjust (if any) to make my driving experience more fun then it already is?

I haven't welcomed you to the forum so it's good to see you here.

We need to know what mods you have on the car.  If you stock or stock with CAI and catback the one thing you will want to do is change out to a 180 degreee Thermostat. Stock these cars have a 203 degree T-stat and the canned Predator 93 tune your running is setup for the 180 T-stat.

Try turning off ESP and driving it around a bit, you'll smoke those tires.

I haven't seen HP numbers if that is what your after.
The shifts are much firmer.

There are several options that the Predaor provides that the SuperChips doesn't. The big items are:

Delete rear O2 sensors - important if you have headers.

Fan temperature settings - important if you run a cooler t-stat.

ESP delete.

MDS delete.

Ability to get a custom dyno tune.

Mango,  Are you sure you get a MDS delete and does it totally disable ESP?  I don't see the MDS delete as a feature on their website.
