New Dakota?
 

So, I'm a Ram 1500 guy. Whenever I'm driving I sometimes look at the passing trucks or often Dodge trucks wether it be the Ram or Dakota. I was on my dinner break at work the other night when I decided to go to the BK drive thru across the street around 10:30pm, I go through the drive thru and park in the parking lot to eat my meal and listen to music. As I'm eating I'm facing an intersection, I can see all the cars come and go. After a while this red truck approaches, as the light is green it continues through... I have never seen the damn thing before and am confused as hell. It looked like a Dodge Dakota, but nothing I've seen before... the bed of the truck was the same as the current Dakotas, minus the lego looking tail lights but the front was really different. It seemed as if the headlight and grill area had been changed around a bit. the headlights/hood area looked sort of like a 2009 Challenger/2009 Mustang- that really sharp and small look... the grill was the same. Around the cab it was a little more rounded. Rims seemed to be very generic, possibly bone?

Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I have no doubt in my mind this was a Dodge truck and was very modern looking.

Sort of, except the front became more narrow at the hood and bent down. Perhaps I can make a crappy photoshop image and show you SORT OF what it looked like, haha.

Mitsubishi raider? It is a restyled dakota. Same mechanicals but a better warranty?
