Default 1992 Dodge Daytona rear brakes

I own a base model V6 Daytona. The rear drum brakes are being a pain. There is a 90 or 91 2.5 turbo in the junkyard with all wheel disc brakes. My question is would i be able to swap those disc brakes onto my car? same lug pattern and everything.

Yes, you can.

Make sure you buy new rubber brake lines.

New calipers and pads would be a wise move as well.
