Black will look good with DARK tinted wimdows and black rims but it's hard to keep it looking clean. Try to match the bumper to your rims like matching shoes to your belt. Maybe 2 tone powder coat rims. Chrome and black would look great if you have chrome bumpers. I had a gen 2 ram All black with dark windows but with chrome rims. It looked nice with the chrome bumpers. My dak is dark green and silver with silver pin stripe. Or if you have the skills or the money to have someone do it, get a shark mouth somewhere in the front of the truck like old WWII bombers.
