I'm staying home tomorrow,..
Guess were in for a major Ice-Storm tonight
thru tomorrow.
4x4 or not, It ain't gonna help you turn or stop
on black ice!!
I saw four wrecks on the way to work this
morning. All of them on I-394.
Road looked clear as could be too.
I could have been one of them.
I gave it a little bit of gas doing 55 and
the rear wanted to come out from under me!
Yep,.. One of the wrecks was a Dakota.

I have been hibernating. Had to get the generator going and a fire started to keep warm. The ice storm took out power in 400,000 homes here in Oklahoma City.

Yea, holidays and bad weather contribute to less work on trucks. Nice in Atlanta right now so did a water pump replacement on Sunday. Looking at doing the trans govenor pressure solonoid and an oil/filter change this week. Hate it for you northern guys when the weather blasts you. But then two inches of snow paralyzes Atlanta.
