I just noticed this when I was posting...I had never seen it before, and didnt know if it was an added feature or if I just hit a button somewhere.

I think it's actually a good idea but it's incredibly annoying positioned where it is.  I would suggest placing it in the sidebar if possible.

I just noticed another thing about the related threads positioning. If you open up into the 1st page of the forum, there is a huge gap or open space on the page at the bottom.  I think this is causing some of the forums to limit the threads viewed on the first page.
