Default W200 Truck equipment help

ok, I just picked up an 1980 Dodge Power Wagon 3/4 ton 4x4... I have a few questions about it as i never really got into these things. This is what I do know, Its an retired US Foresty Service Rig, 360 V8, 4 spd mannual, NP435?? The rear axle im ofcourse hoping is a dana 60, it has 8 bolts on the end of each side of the axle (like where hubs would be in the front) theres a sticker saying it has a "special traction rear axle" is this a factory locker?? Front axle says its a 3500/4000 is this a dana 44??also says it has a special speed rear axle is this the same as "Special traction"?? i believe it has a NP208 is this good?? I do know it has 4.10's in it....
If it helps at all the rear axle is huge, every ive tried to identify it and it doesnt look like an 9.25 rear at all and i cant find a pic of a D60...
The truxck has 6 inch es of suspension lift and 3 inches of body lift, i know that the srpings up front are ranchos (4.5 inch) and it has 6 inch blocks in the rear, id like to lift the front a tish more, can i put an Add A Leaf in the front?? Ive never seen it done except for on fords so i dont see why not.. Yeah i know it will ride like **** but this is mainly a mud toy. I just want to level it off and i do know it shoulndt be putting blocks up front, what can i do to raise the front a tish with buying new springs i just want to level it off.... anywasy all help is appreciated on the pro's / cons on the equipment on this truck, id just like to know what i have....

TIA

Mike

Default RE: W200 Truck equipment help

Yes, your rear axle is a spicer 60. Front is a 44. Transfer case should be an NP205. The "special traction" is either a posi or ltd slip.

Add-a-leafs aren't going to do anything with 6" lift springs. Your best bet for leveling is longer shackles.
