Default CHARGER SPEAKERS

MY 06' CHARGER HAS THE 11 SPEAKER SYSTEM,AND I TRIED ADDING SATELLITE
TWEETERS TO THE FRONT SIDE DOOR SPEAKERS. IT SEEMS THAT THE SPEAKERS IN THE DOORS ARE LOW TO MID-RANGE UNITS,AS THERE ARE NO FACTORY TWEETERS ATTACHED TO THEM.WHEN I DID A TEMPORARY HOOK-UP TO TRY THE SATTELITES ,
THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO SOUND AND VERY MUFFLED.DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS A SEPARATE OUTPUT FROM THE RADIO THAT MAY CONTAIN IT'S OWN
CROSSOVER NETWORK? I KNOW THE FACTORY TWEETERS ARE UP TOP THE DASH AREA,BUT I LIKE DIRECTIONAL TWEETERS FACING THE DRIVER,SO I NEED TO KNOW
IF I'LL HAVE TO CONNECT THE SATTELITES TO THE FACTORY TWEETS. THANKS!

Default RE: CHARGER SPEAKERS

I would take it to your local stereo shops. I found out that these dodge chargers can be very difficult to hook up aftermarket speakers. Thats why i ordered my car with just the basic stereo because i knew i would be headed to the show once i got my car.
good luck

you goin to have to run a separate amp to the speakers. the 6x9's and the highs in the dash are hooked together and they run from the factory amp
