Default Power feed for cruise control

Does anyone know how many volts the pcm sends to the cruise control power feed? I'm thinking 5 volts, since that's what it sends to the cruise switches, and it has a primary and secondary 5 volt feed coming from it.

Also, is voltage only present on the power feed circuitwhen you push the cruise On/Off button, or is it hot when you start the truck?

Thanks.
